- Once you place your order; we will mail you an "Ash Kit".
- You will use the ash kit to send us the ashes needed back with registered mail.
- When we receive the package back an artist will create your unique memory glass keepsake (no two will ever be the same).
- Production Time is about 2-4 weeks.
